Le Gite Paradis at Le Jardin des Brandes is a romantic 2 person self-catering gite in the Charente-Maritime.
The living area of our rental accommodation is open plan, yet is divided into two distinctive areas; the living area and the bedroom area, which is separated by beautiful wrought iron screens, giving complete privacy in the sleeping area. The fully equipped kitchen is in a separate room and is newly installed to a high standard. It has its own entrance with a private terrace which overlook the beautiful Charente-Maritime countryside.
Le Gite Paradis Terrace.
This terrace enjoys wonderful shade during the hot sunny afternoons, the perfect place for romantic alfresco dining whilst enjoying the magnificent views.
Lounge Area
There is a beautiful lounge area with magnificent rustic oak beams. The luxury suite offers great comfort for relaxing in the evenings after a tiring days site-seeing. It is equipped with a satelite TV & a CD Player along with a selection of CD's.
Kitchen Area
The well equipped New fully fitted kitchen with dining area is the perfect place to prepare and enjoy thos romantic meals. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and built in electric oven. The inventory also includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes etc.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a rustic metal framed bed with side tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. This separated from the living area with beautiful cast iron screens. It has a velux roof window for you to enjoy the unpoluted starlight sky at night.
Shower Room
There is a spacious shower-room with a large shower. There is also a well positioned socket adjacent to the mirror enabling ease of use for the hairdryer, which is provided.
Swimming Pool Area with Poitou Charentes views
The beautiful 10m x 5m pool with its large roman steps is the perfect place to cool off.
The pools large covered terrace enjoys the full morning sun, enjoy your morning croissant at the mosaic tiled table whilst taking in the breath-taking views.
The pool is fitted with an automatic security cover.
Supplementary Information
Laundry - Towels (except beach towels), tea-towels and bed linen are provided at no charge. An iron and ironing board are also included for your use.
Should you wish to holiday with your little one baby Equipment - Babies cot, bath, high-chair etc are available at no charge, we have most everything you could need for your little one, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Smoke alarms are fitted. The Gite is non-smoking although smoking is permitted outside on the terrace.
